Project Description

We have been commissioned as architects for an exciting development in Cork. Still in its early stages of development, the project for five passivhaus dwellings arose from an opportunity which we identified for the client. The client initially wanted to renovate their detached house, but we quickly advised their budget was unrealistic following our unique Commercial Needs and Options Review service.

We pointed out that they were in a position to redevelop the site, to finance the building of a brand new Passive House. We brought in expert advise from estate agents, solicitors, accountants with development expertise, and were able to establish the method and outline business plan for how the project can be developed.

The project is in the planning application process and more details will follow in the near future.
