Recently completed in 2018, this office building is now ready for occupation.

Following a Commercial Needs and Options Review (see here for more), TPAC were commissioned to prepare a sketch design of this refurbishment of a 19th century existing Mill building as an office, for comparison against a new-build office building. After reviewing the costs, the client opted to undertake the refurbishment of this beautiful structure.

Planning, Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificates were obtained by this office.
