Cork office conversion project goes to tender

Following a successful Fire Certificate, Disability Access Certificate and planning application approvals obtained by this office, we are about to tender this exciting project. A conversion of an 1896 mill into a modern headquarters office for O.R.M. Ltd (Cash and Carry Kitchens).

Following a Commercial Needs and Options Review (see here for more), TPAC were commissioned to prepare a sketch design of this refurbishment of a 19th century existing Mill building as an office, for comparison against a new-build office building. After reviewing the costs, the client opted to undertake the refurbishment of this beautiful structure.
